Dana offers guidance to businesses on a range of employment and complex civil litigation matters.
Dana helps employers develop practices to comply with state and federal regulations, with specific experience on wage and hour, Title IX, and the WARN Act. She provides proactive counsel to avoid disputes and is well-equipped to help clients navigate arbitration, mediation, or litigation. She has experience handling matters involving state claims, including but not limited to CADA and CWA, as well as experience advising on whistleblower claims and claims arising under FLSA, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.
Dana’s practice also includes commercial litigation, where she manages all phases of the litigation process, from preliminary assessments through motions and trials.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Dana served as a law clerk for US Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter of the US District Court for the District of Colorado and worked as a commercial litigation and employment defense associate at an Am Law 100 firm.
