Everyone talks about diversity. Not everyone stands behind their words. Holland & Hart’s commitment to cultivating diversity, equity, and inclusion is long-standing. It plays a core role in building the firm’s innovative, creative work environment. Diversity enhances our ability to serve clients, grants greater breadth of perspective, and makes Holland & Hart a better place to work for everyone.

Our DEI leaders work closely with firm management, practice group leaders, office administrative partners, and compensation/review committees to ensure the implementation, monitoring, and refinement of specific DEI initiatives and community partnerships.

Holland & Hart strives to embed the fundamental principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the firm and continues to build a workplace that embraces and supports our team members and communities.

For the fifth consecutive year, we have achieved Mansfield Rule Certification and Mansfield Certification Plus status following the year-long Mansfield Rule 5.0 program, an initiative of Diversity Lab.

LCLD's Compass Award recognizes law firms and corporations showing a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

The firm received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. 

The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) grants Gold Standard status to law firms that meet objective criteria concerning the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.

Seramount recognizes the 50 firms that utilize best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting, and developing women lawyers. This is the 11th time the firm has been recognized, and we continue to be on Seramount's Hall of Fame.
