Specifically, we help clients create and maintain customized retirement plans, multiemployer plans, medical benefit plans, and other tax-related incentive plans. When problems arise, we defend our clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). 

We help employers educate their ERISA fiduciaries, navigate benefits changes, draft benefits-related resolutions and legal documents, and proactively handle adversarial employment situations—especially in the situation of employee termination. In order to anticipate client needs, we closely monitor current trends, pending legislation, and existing regulations.
