Thomas Mecham

222 South Main Street, Suite 2200, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Thomas leverages his business and accounting background to customize sound estate planning strategies for clients with a high net worth, focusing on the planning process and ultimate durability of an estate plan.

For almost three decades, Thomas has specialized in creating wills, trusts, and estate plans for clients with complex and sophisticated legal needs. He distills complex concepts into clear, concise, and executable plans, working closely with each client, whether an individual, family, or business, to ensure their assets are transferred efficiently and preserved properly.

Additionally, Thomas advises fiduciaries in trust and estate administration and probate and filing estate and gift tax returns. He works to arrange businesses for effective tax minimization, manage relationships with co-owners, and develop creative solutions for business succession.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Thomas was a shareholder and a director at Kirton McConkie and Ray, Quinney & Nebeker.
