JT helps renewable energy industry clients navigate the development and finance of wind, solar, and storage projects, with a particular focus on procurement, offtake agreements, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
JT gained nearly a decade of nuclear industry experience through his service in the US Navy and work in the NRC-regulated commercial nuclear sector. This technical background gives him a strong foundation for understanding how complex energy systems come together and an appreciation for utilizing specialized expertise to help clients achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, JT participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program. He also clerked for the Staff Attorney's Office of the Arizona Supreme Court and for the Honorable Diane J. Humetewa of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
