Brianne McClafferty

Brianne McClafferty guides clients through complex litigation, including commercial, environmental, employment, and bankruptcy litigation.

Brianne represents clients in commercial, environmental, and employment disputes in federal and state court and in administrative forums. Brianne also has experience representing creditors in Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Her clients include a variety of resource companies, banking and finance companies, and public utility companies.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Brianne was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Honorable Judge Morris.
