Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of several attorneys to new leadership roles effective January 1, 2026. The firm's partners elected two partners to the Management Committee, and the Management Committee appointed one new Practice Group Leader, two new office Administrative Partners, and a Co-Leader of the Women's Forum.

Management Committee Members

Kylie Crandall was elected to serve a four-year term as the Junior Third Representative, succeeding Adrienne Bell, who served in the role since 2022. A partner in the Real Estate group in the Boulder office, Kylie’s practice focuses on broad aspects of real estate, water and project development, including acquisition, financing, water and land use planning, development, leasing, managing, and operating.

Boise partner Dan Glivar was elected as the Regional Representative to the Management Committee, taking over the role from Chris Gunlikson who served in the role since 2022. A partner in the Intellectual Property practice group, Dan counsels small, mid-sized, and Fortune 200 companies on their technology and telecommunications needs. He has previously served on the Management Committee and as IP Practice Leader.

Corporate Practice Group Leader

Denver partner James Crowe was appointed leader of the Corporate Practice Group, succeeding Leslie Boyle, who has served as leader since the fall of 2021. James advises entrepreneurs, operating companies, and private equity and venture capital investors in complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and out-of-court restructurings.

Administrative Partners

Ryan Nichols was appointed Administrative Partner of the Boulder office. He succeeds Kylie Crandall, who served as the Administrative Partner for the last four years. A partner in the Corporate practice group, Ryan counsels clients on the formation, operation, and regulation of a variety of investment funds and their investment managers.

John Anderson was appointed Administrative Partner of the firm’s Santa Fe office, taking over the helm from Tim Crisp who served in this role since 2022. A partner in the Commercial Litigation group, John counsels companies and individuals facing government investigations that can profoundly impact a client’s financial health and professional reputation.

Earlier this fall, Andy Orr was appointed Administrative Partner of the Jackson office. A partner in the Commercial Litigation group, Andy is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants at all stages of high-stakes disputes.

Women's Forum Co-Leader

Sara Berry was appointed to co-lead the Women’s Forum with Jessica Schmidt. Sara succeeds Melissa Reynolds who held the role since the fall of 2021. An experienced commercial litigator in the Boise office, Sara assists local and national clients through all phases of complex civil litigation and appeals.
