  • Represented an international mining company in connection with the move of its headquarters from downtown to a suburban location (over 200,000 rentable square feet (rsf) in two different buildings).

  • Represented a large oil and gas company in connection with the leasing of its new headquarters in a downtown office building (105,000 rsf plus conference facility).

  • Represented a regional manufacturing company in a build-to-suit lease in Windsor, CO, for a manufacturing facility (approx 100,000 rsf).

  • Ongoing representation of the largest developer of suburban multiuse parks (Denver Tech Center, Meridian, Highlands Ranch, and Reunion) in the leasing of both office and retail space within those parks, including space leases, build-to-suit leases, and ground leases for a number of major tenants.

  • Represented a major national developer in one of the largest office lease transactions in the metropolitan area, consisting of 106,000 rsf in one building (the entire building) plus additional space in two other buildings in the office park.

  • Represented an oil services company in build-to-suit leases in Colorado, Oklahoma, and North Dakota.

  • Represented a national office developer in connection with the leasing of both downtown and suburban office buildings, including headquarters leases for several major tenants of the buildings.
