We have extensive experience and talent in leasing matters, having dealt with transactions all across the spectrum of leasing real property throughout the United States.

Our attorneys also work with all lease-related documents, including amendments, assignments, subleases, estoppel certificates, work letters, leasehold mortgages, licenses, SNDAs, and construction contracts and assist clients with real estate due diligence and entitlement work.

Our attorneys help clients with multi-site and multi-state lease-related transactions as well as clients with unique leasing needs such as those related to medical office buildings, those for green building, and those involving governmental entities.

Our Clients

We represent both landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of space in office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, and mixed-use projects, as well as in ground lease and build-to-suit lease transactions. Our landlord clients consist of national, regional, and local developers and property management companies, while our tenant clients run the gamut from major national corporations establishing new headquarters to small local retailers leasing space in inline centers.

All of our leasing clients have come to rely on us for innovative and pragmatic representation in their leasing transactions. Whether working on a corporate headquarters lease in an office tower, a build-to-suit lease for a manufacturing facility, or an inline store in a shopping center, we provide clients with sophisticated, experienced, and cost-effective representation while tuning in to the unique intricacies of every deal.
