Jacque assists clients with commercial real estate matters, zoning and land use, and corporate transactions.

Jacque’s commercial real estate practice focuses on real estate acquisition and sales, commercial leasing, due diligence, and development.  Her zoning and land use practice includes obtaining entitlements, local lobbying, and agenda monitoring.

Jacque also assists clients with corporate matters, including corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, and asset sales and purchases.    

She has represented a wide range of clients from start-ups to publicly traded companies in various industries, including healthcare, franchises, restaurants, retail, and resort hotels.
