Emily's leasing practice spans both landlord- and tenant-side representation. She handles the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing, with particular depth in multifamily, retail, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse projects. Her experience also extends to ranch and water transactions and creative land solutions, such as crafting unique lease structures to accomplish specific long term business goals.
