Conor supports developers and landowners in connection with acquiring, selling, financing, entitling, developing, and redeveloping projects in Colorado and throughout the Mountain West. She facilitates the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, due diligence reviews, and title curative work for market-rate housing developments and renewable energy projects.
In addition to her development practice, Conor structures and negotiates complex commercial leasing transactions involving retail, industrial, office, restaurant, and entertainment venues. She represents both landlords and tenants, focusing on long-term asset value while negotiating terms that address the needs of operators and occupants alike.
On the residential side, Conor counsels high-net-worth clients on acquisitions and dispositions, conservation easements, and title and survey review, with particular experience in Colorado’s mountain communities. She also advises on condominium and common interest community matters, preparing formation and governance documents and restrictive covenants for master-planned communities and mixed-use developments.
