Amber supports energy clients on transactional and regulatory issues related to project development in Nevada.
Amber assists renewable energy developers, mining companies, and water purveyors with a range of environmental permitting and compliance matters. She guides clients in preparing regulatory filings, tax incentives and abatements, and other aspects of project finance and development. Amber also helps developers, lenders, and equity investors in large project finance transactions for energy production, storage, and transmission projects.
During law school, Amber served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps of the US District Court for the District of Arizona.
