Holland & Hart represented Paterson Pacific Parchment Company (“Paterson”), a premier producer of foodservice paper and parchment products, in its acquisition by Hoffmaster Group, Inc. (“Hoffmaster”), a leading US manufacturer of premium disposable tableware. Paterson’s legacy of quality products will be highly complementary to the Hoffmaster Group portfolio. Together, customers can expect the same exceptional service with an unparalleled offering of products and solutions. Hoffmaster looks forward to utilizing Paterson’s Nevada location to increase access to the West and strengthen its national footprint.
