Clients turn to Anne for experienced counsel through complex litigation and for advice about new and changing laws and policy.
Anne’s civil litigation practice includes representing clients on both sides of complex commercial suits, including cases involving breach of contract and business tort claims such as fraud, defamation, and breach of fiduciary duty. Her practice also includes analysis of newly enacted or changing law and policy, advising clients of potential impacts and next-step solutions. Anne focuses her work on the strategic application of law and procedure, considering all angles of a case to find the best solution for her clients.
Before entering private practice, Anne served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho in sequential terms with U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy W. Dale and U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill.
Anne regularly teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Idaho College of Law, where she has taught the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Conflicts of Law, and Advanced Torts.
