Holland & Hart Represents WPX Energy, Inc. in $910 Million Divestiture

Holland & Hart LLP represented WPX Energy, Inc. in connection with its recently announced agreement to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary WPX Rocky Mountain, LLC to Terra Energy Partners, LP for consideration of approximately $910 million. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016. 

Leading the Holland & Hart team were Lucy Stark (M&A), Jan Harris (Energy), and Todd Criger (M&A).
