Holland & Hart Represents UMB Financial Corporation in its $110 Million Subordinated Notes Offering

Holland & Hart represented UMB Financial Corporation (UMB), a financial services company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, in its issuance of $110 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.250% fixed-to-fixed rate subordinated notes, due 2032, at a price to the public of 100% of their face value. The offering closed on September 28, 2022.
