Holland & Hart represented Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital and leading IT managed services provider (MSP), in its acquisitions of Granite Computer Solutions, BrightWire Networks, Ox Power Computing Service, ProTechnical, and A Leap Ahead IT, in partnership with the companies' founders. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Each of the acquired entities provides managed IT services in their respective geographies, further strengthening and expanding ITS’s geographic footprint.
