Holland & Hart Advises Bow River Capital's Software Growth Equity Team in Strategic Recapitalization of HRSoft with Gryphon Investors

Holland & Hart represented Bow River Capital's Software Growth Equity Team (SGE) in the strategic recapitalization of HRSoft, a global leader in cloud-based compensation management, through a majority investment transaction by Gryphon Investors.
