Evan’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial transactions.
Evan advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, software, manufacturing, consumer products and media/entertainment. He assists clients in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a range of intellectual property and commercial agreements. When corporate transactions include significant technology and intellectual property assets, Evan assists with due diligence and drafting protective provisions.
During law school, Evan gained practical experience through a variety of hands-on opportunities. He externed for Judge Nina Y. Wang of the US District Court for the District of Colorado and worked for the University of Colorado’s Technology Transfer Office where he drafted licensing agreements for university-owned intellectual property.
Evan previously was a Program Analyst Intern at the United States Office of the Secretary of Transportation where he obtained a secret security clearance.
