With over thirty years’ of local real estate expertise, Tom Todd has advised a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial, residential, and resort real estate transactions and development activities.

He also works with Colorado western slope landowners on conservation easements, wealth transfer planning, and subdivision activities. After a real estate asset is acquired, Tom also works closely with new owners, family offices, and consulting teams in connection with managing and improving these investments.

Tom is honored to have many long standing clients who have worked with him for decades.

Local Government Experience: Tom’s land use practice brings him in constant contact with the City of Aspen’s and Pitkin County’s review bodies and community development offices. With some of the most sophisticated and ever-changing land use codes in the country, it helps to have experienced local counsel like Tom at your side as you process a land use application or seek modifications to existing entitlements.
