TEI TopGolf 2026

TopGolf Centennial, 10601 E Easter Ave, Centennial, CO 80112
Presented and Sponsored by Holland & Hart LLP

Join Holland & Hart and the TEI Denver Chapter for a half-day seminar focused on timely tax developments and practical insights for today’s evolving tax landscape. This year’s program will feature discussions on the Economic Substance Doctrine, compensation tax and employee benefits trends, state and local tax developments, Qualified Small Business Stock updates, attorney-client privilege considerations involving AI and non-attorney service providers, and the evolving use of AI in tax practice.

Designed for in-house tax professionals and advisors, the seminar offers practical guidance, valuable networking opportunities, and insights on emerging issues impacting businesses and tax practitioners. Following the program, attendees are invited to join us for golf, networking, and a social hour from 4:00-6:00 PM, with food and refreshments provided.

Because the event is fully sponsored by Holland & Hart, there is no cost to attend, and in-house tax professionals are welcome regardless of TEI membership status.
