Scott maintains a focused restaurant and hospitality leasing practice, representing both landlords and emerging and established restaurant operators in negotiating ground leases, inline retail leases, build-to-suit arrangements, and first-generation space deals. He understands the unique operational, permitting, and buildout considerations that drive restaurant transactions and works to align lease economics with business realities.
Scott regularly advises on the real estate components of large corporate transactions, including mergers, equity and asset deals, portfolio transactions, and joint ventures.
