Nick counsels clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.
Nick provides end-to-end support on litigation matters from the initial drafting of pleadings through closing arguments and every stage in between. He also assists with developing appellate strategy, research, and briefing on appeals.
Before attending law school, Nick worked for five years as a law enforcement officer, gaining exposure to the justice system. Through those experiences he developed an interest in joining the legal profession helping clients solve civil disputes. Before joining Holland & Hart, Nick worked as a law clerk for Judge David M. Ebel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as a judicial intern for Justice William W. Hood III of the Colorado Supreme Court.
