Mike counsels clients through all aspects of business, employment, and policyholder insurance coverage disputes.
Mike represents clients in a range of business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts. He also defends employers in litigation involving federal employment statutes, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related state laws. His practice contains a growing emphasis on representing policyholders in a variety of insurance coverage issues.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mike practiced at a litigation boutique in Salt Lake City. Following law school, he also served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
