Megan advises clients in the energy industry at all stages of project development.
Megan supports clients in the renewable energy and storage space in matters spanning from early-stage project development through commercial operations. Her expertise includes negotiating a wide range of development and commercial contracts including procurement and supply, construction, interconnection, electric supply and revenue generation contracts, and long-term services agreements. Megan is passionate about helping clients pursue sustainable growth by supporting the drafting of partnership agreements, and helping clients address legal considerations.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Megan participated in the firm’s Summer Clerk program. Megan also served as a law clerk for the Colorado Municipal League and the Boulder 20th Judicial District Court.
