Holland & Hart Advises Clearway Energy Group on $1.5 Billion Swan Energy Center

Holland & Hart represented Clearway Energy Group (Clearway), a leading integrated clean energy company in connection with the construction of, and procurement of major equipment for, the Swan Energy Center, a 650 MW solar facility in Bates County, Missouri.

Clearway announced on October 6, 2026 that it had closed financing and begun construction on the project, Clearway's first in Missouri. The facility is expected to begin commercial operations in 2028.
