Before joining Holland & Hart, Katelyn served as a law clerk with the US Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division, where she focused on Endangered Species Act matters, and with the U.S. Department of the Interior's Land Resources Division, providing counsel for the Bureau of Land Management. This experience gave her valuable insight into federal regulatory enforcement priorities and the operational considerations that guide federal land management decisions.
