Drawing on federal and state litigation experience, Jasmine brings a pragmatic, research-driven approach to complex civil matters for clients across Wyoming and the Mountain West.
Jasmine focuses her practice on civil litigation, with particular experience in financial litigation, federal civil matters, and oil and gas disputes. Clients benefit from her background on both sides of the bench, as a former Civil Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Wyoming (AUSA), circuit court magistrate, staff attorney, and federal law clerk, giving her a nuanced understanding of how courts and tribunals approach complex cases. Jasmine helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions—understanding not just the legal landscape, but the practical tradeoffs of every path forward.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Jasmine served as a Civil AUSA, where she represented the United States in a broad range of civil matters, including defense and affirmative litigation. She also served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Steven K. Sharpe in the District Court for the 1st Judicial District, Laramie County, Wyoming. During that time, she served as a magistrate judge in the Circuit Court for the 1st Judicial District, Laramie County, Wyoming as well. Early in her career, Jasmine was an associate at Hirst Applegate, LLP, and a term law clerk to the Honorable Nancy D. Freudenthal of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
