Holland & Hart is pleased to announce Jenn Jensen, of counsel in the firm’s Boise office, has been selected as one of Idaho Business Review’s 2022 Accomplished Under 40 honorees. The program recognizes professionals under the age of 40 for their professional achievement, leadership, mentorship, and community service. The honorees come from diverse backgrounds and industries, including business, healthcare, law, nonprofit work, government, and academia.
As a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group, Jenn assists clients with business disputes at the trial and appellate levels. In her appellate practice, she assists clients with state and federal appeals. Jenn recently served as deputy attorney general in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, where she handled criminal appeals on behalf of the state. In her litigation practice, Jenn has significant experience in complex commercial disputes, class certification, and other class- and collective-action issues. Jenn is actively involved in the American Bar Association and is currently serving as the Idaho State Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. She is also a member of the Idaho State Bar and Idaho Women Lawyers Association.
