In the mergers and acquisitions space, Josh represents buyers, sellers, and investors in complex transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. He is experienced in managing all stages of the deal lifecycle—from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, execution, and post-closing integration—while maintaining a focus on risk mitigation and value creation.
Drawing on a Master of Business Administration, Josh also serves as a trusted outside general counsel to companies at various stages of growth. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on commercial arrangements, financing transactions, and day-to-day operational matters. Josh specializes in companies in the manufacturing and industrial industries, particularly with commercial operational matters related to manufacturing arrangements, supply and procurement and logistical administration. As needed, he accesses subject matter expertise across legal disciplines—such as tax, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory law—to deliver comprehensive, integrated legal support tailored to each client’s needs.
Complementing this transactional work, Josh regularly counsels clients on corporate governance matters, including the formation and structuring of entities, preparation and maintenance of governance documents, and advising boards of directors and management teams on fiduciary duties, compliance, and best practices. He works closely with clients to design governance frameworks that align with both legal requirements and long-term business goals.
