Hunter counsels employers through workplace challenges, informed by experience with the Utah Court of Appeals.
Hunter advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, from employment agreements and workplace compliance issues to employment-related disputes and administrative claims. Her experience includes restrictive covenant and non-compete matters, as well as compliance issues involving employer obligations related to drug testing and background checks.
During law school, Hunter served as a judicial intern for the Utah Court of Appeals, where she researched procedural and substantive legal issues and assisted the court in evaluating matters before oral argument. That experience provided insight into how courts analyze legal questions and evaluate competing arguments.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Hunter participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program.
