Holland & Hart Welcomes Jennifer Osler to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice

Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to welcome Jennifer Osler to its Colorado Springs office.

Having worked as in-house counsel, Osler knows firsthand the importance of her clients’ intellectual property portfolios to their businesses. She drafts and negotiates a variety of contracts, including software license agreements, subscription agreements, and vendor agreements.

Osler combines her legal experience with a strong understanding of the impact technology and the Internet have on companies and their intellectual property.

She is a member of the Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court, the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and Holland & Hart’s Women’s Forum.

Osler received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and her B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
