Jennifer Osler

Jen’s practice involves drafting and negotiating a variety of complex commercial agreements specializing in technology transactions and data security. Jen has represented clients on both the customer and vendor sides of various technology transactions, including software licensing, application development and maintenance, consulting and professional services, reseller arrangements, and cloud services, such as software-as-a-service (SaaS). Central to her practice in the cloud computing space, Jen counsels clients on data security best practices and compliance.

Jen represents clients in the cable television, healthcare, retail, social media, technology, and telecommunications industries, among others. Because of the growing reliance on technology across businesses, Jen has had the opportunity to advise clients of all sizes in many industries, which enables her to leverage such experiences to best serve her clients.

Jen holds a CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

• Negotiating and drafting telecommunications (video, voice, Internet, security) infrastructure access and commercial service agreements between telecommunications companies and business owners.
