Jen Osler drafts and negotiates a variety of complex agreements and contracts, mindful that clients’ intellectual property portfolios are essential to their business operations.

As a former in-house counsel for an Internet company, she is conscious of the impacts of technology and the use of the Internet on a company’s intellectual property and understands how critical it is to provide client-driven advice. Her experience includes work with clients in cable, cloud computing services, and “software as a service” providers among others.

Jen served as a fellowship law clerk for the Honorable Judge Charles M. Pratt, and as a law clerk in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. Prior to law school, Jen worked for a large consulting company where she strategized with clients on their employee benefits plans.
