In 2023, Holland & Hart was named 2023 Firm of the Year – Patent Prosecution (West) by Managing IP.

- Firm of the Year – Patent Disputes (West)
- Firm of the Year – Trademark Prosecution (West)
Timothy Getzoff has also been shortlisted for Litigator of the Year – Colorado.
The Managing IP Awards program recognizes remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year.
