Holland & Hart represented Las Vegas-based Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital, in its acquisition of OneClick Solutions Group ("OneClick").
The acquisition further strengthens and expands ITS's geographic footprint in the San Francisco Bay area with Mark McGarvey, OneClick’s founder and CEO, joining the ITS team.
