Holland & Hart Represents Graham Group Ltd. in Acquisition of Milender White Inc.

Holland & Hart represented Graham Group Ltd., a Canadian employee-owned construction solutions partner, in its acquisition of US-based Milender White Inc., a full-service, employee-owned real estate development and construction contractor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The partnership combines the organizations’ people-focused values and commitment to delivering superior construction solutions to clients, strategically positioning Graham Group for profitable growth in a new market. This merger was driven by Graham Group’s diversification strategy, which focuses on continuously expanding its capabilities across a spectrum of sectors and regions, to create a comprehensive service offering for clients
