The firm serves as construction counsel to CleanSpark, drafting and structuring the agreements required to deliver the build-to-suit campus to the tenant’s unique specifications.
Project Overview
The Sandersville campus is a large-scale, build-to-suit data center in Washington County, Georgia, designed to support high-density compute workloads for a single high-investment-grade tenant.
Under a 20-year triple-net lease announced in July 2026, CleanSpark will deliver 175 MW of critical IT load, with initial deliveries expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. This is a schedule tied to specific financing, construction, and delivery milestones.
