Holland & Hart Advises Codingscape on Strategic Transaction with AROBS Group

Holland & Hart represented Codingscape LLC, a US-based company specializing in technology consulting, design, and custom software development services for enterprise clients, in its strategic transaction with AROBS Transilvania Software (AROBS), a Romanian entrepreneurial technology company and subsidiary of AROBS Group. This transaction included AROBS’ acquisition of a 70% stake in Codingscape.

This transaction will amplify Codingscape’s ability to pursue new growth opportunities. It will enable the company to gain access to European markets through AROBS’ network, client base, and operational infrastructure, while also enhancing its capabilities with more resources for AI-enabled development, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise transformations. Codingscape will continue to operate independently.

The Holland & Hart transaction team was led by partner Gian Brown and associate Michael Crisostomo, with assistance from Trent Timmons, Melissa Braun, and Zaniah Jordan, among others.
