Zaniah counsels public and privately held clients on corporate governance and strategic arrangements.
Zaniah counsels clients on a range of corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, securities offerings, SEC filings, and general corporate transactions. She is also experienced in advising clients on the structure and terms of commercial agreements.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Zaniah practiced at an Am Law 200 firm in Las Vegas. She also worked as a law clerk and judicial extern for Judge Timothy C. Williams of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada.
