Holland & Hart’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation Groups Expand in Boise With the Addition of Gabriel Hamilton, Matthew Bradshaw, and Sara Berry

Holland & Hart’s Boise office has expanded with the addition of Gabriel Hamilton and Matthew Bradshaw in the Corporate group and Sara Berry in the Commercial Litigation group. All three attorneys are joining as associates and bring both practical skills and substantive legal knowledge to their practice areas.

Gabriel Hamilton advises companies on general corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. He assists clients in regulated industries including insurance, health care, and banking. Hamilton practiced at Hawley Troxell in Boise before joining Holland & Hart.

Matthew Bradshaw provides strategic counsel to companies of all sizes, from family-owned businesses and start-up companies to large privately and publicly held corporations, on a broad range of commercial transactions, such as entity formation, financing, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Bradshaw practiced at Hawley Troxell in Boise prior to joining Holland & Hart.

Sara Berry is a litigation associate, counseling clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters relating to contracts, products liability, property use, and appellate practice. Berry previously practiced at Stoel Rives, and was a clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Idaho Court of Appeals.
