Governor Announces New Member To Public Employee Retirement Board

(HELENA) – Montana's Governor, Brian Schweitzer, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Nedrow to the Public Employee Retirement Board.

Elizabeth Nedrow, Billings – Nedrow is a partner at Holland and Hart in Billings where she is the Chair of the firm’s Employee Benefits practice group. In that capacity she advises employers in all aspects of employee benefits from pension plans to executive compensation plans. Nedrow has extensive experience with business transactions and counsels both buyers and sellers on the handling of their employees’ benefits in such matters. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Montana Bar Association, the Yellowstone Area Bar Association and is the past president of the Montana Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference. Nedrow received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and her juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. Nedrow grew up in Chinook, Montana.
