Davis reinforces Holland & Hart’s depth of experience and Intellectual Property practice concentration by bringing invaluable perspective into the challenges faced by clients through her experience as an in-house counsel and from her deep knowledge of the food and beverage, pet food and product, and software product and service industries.

Beginning her legal career at Holland & Hart in 2008, Davis was integral in managing domestic and worldwide trademark policing efforts for some of the most valuable brands in the world. She provides practical and dynamic counsel to local and international brand owners, assisting them with all aspects of prosecution, use, and enforcement of their most valuable intellectual property assets.
