Her practice focuses on commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including sophisticated financing structures with multi-layered financing and challenging title issues. Clients rely on Erin’s pragmatic approach to negotiations and her ability to keep transactions moving toward successful closings.
Affordable and Market Rate Multi-Family Housing. Erin represents for-profit and non-profit developers and housing authorities in the development, financing, acquisition, sale, and operation of affordable housing. She also represents developers, purchasers, and sellers of market-rate multi-family housing across the country. Erin brings a deep understanding of the complex and often highly regulated financing structures these transactions require. She helps clients utilize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending products, low-income housing tax credits, Prop 123 equity and concessionary debt, federal HOME and Community Development Block Grant funds, and a wide range of local and non-profit grant and loan programs.
Data Centers. Erin represents developers in the acquisition of land and infrastructure for data center development. She is well-versed in the diligence, risk management, and financing considerations necessary to successfully deliver these complex projects from acquisition through development.
Outdoor Hospitality. Erin represents clients in the outdoor recreation industry, including developers and operators acquiring, leasing, and developing campgrounds, lodges, and other recreational facilities. An avid lover of the outdoors, Erin brings both professional experience and personal enthusiasm to this work.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Erin worked as an in-house counsel in the title industry and as an associate at AmLaw 100 law firms.
