BTI Names James Borgel and Matthew Cavarra Among 2018 Client Service All-Stars

The BTI Consulting Group, Inc. announced two Holland & Hart partners as 2018 "BTI Client Service All-Stars" for exceptional client service. James Borgel and Matthew Cavarra are ranked among just 326 attorneys who earned this exclusive recognition from leading general counsel and legal decision makers.

A leading consumer goods retailer nominated partner James Borgel for his work in real estate development and finance. Based in the firm’s Denver office, Jim is a dealmaker who adeptly builds consensus among disparate stakeholders to create reasonable solutions that allow projects to proceed. He works with developers on complex project development and real estate, including commercial and residential construction, medical and healthcare facilities, and conventional and renewable energy projects.

Denver-based partner Matthew Cavarra was nominated by a large North American drilling company for his work in intellectual property. Matthew works with clients to leverage technology and create key alliances; develop sales channels; address complex outsourcing relationships; negotiate multifaceted licensing and procurement agreements; facilitate research and development; and pursue valuable business and intellectual property acquisitions. He draws on intellectual property and government contracting experience to serve clients in a broad range of industries, including aerospace, defense, software, UAV technology, energy, and cybersecurity.

BTI Client Service All-Stars, now in its 17th year of publication, is the definitive annual guide used by corporate counsel and law firms alike to identify the attorneys delivering the best client service. The results are based on more than 350 in-depth, independent interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s most demanding clients.
