Developer-Side Experience: Jim has also been a licensed Colorado real estate broker and spent almost 15 years as in-house and general counsel with two real estate development companies. His experience as both in-house and outside counsel offers his clients a deep and practical understanding of the business issues and risks inherent throughout the development process.
