Bryson is an experienced litigator who guides clients through the complexities of environmental and commercial litigation.

Bryson is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He has represented clients in a wide range of environmental and commercial matters, including defense of oil pipeline projects and mining permits, toxic tort suits, CERCLA cost recovery actions, land use disputes, commercial disputes, and personal injury defense. Bryson also assists companies on issues of workplace safety and emergency response, including regulatory enforcement.

Before joining Holland & Hart, Bryson practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, D.C.
