Bradley Boodt serves as counsel to some of the most successful real estate developers and lenders operating in Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Bradley devotes a significant portion of his practice to the representation of real estate developers. He works with developers and operators of large master planned communities, shopping malls, multi-family (apartments and condominiums), office and other commercial centers. His clients include the developer of the Summerlin Master Planned Community, and two of the largest real estate investment trusts and mall operators in the nation.

Over Twenty Years’ Experience: For over twenty years, Bradley has advised clients in connection with the development and operation of some of the most prominent real estate projects in Southern Nevada, both on and off the Las Vegas Strip.

Proven Leader: Bradley currently serves as one of the five members of Holland & Hart’s Management Committee, which oversees the management and strategic direction of the entire firm. He previously served for over four years as the practice group leader for the firm’s real estate, finance, construction, and corporate reorganizations practice.
