Holland & Hart is pleased to announce Allison Phillips Belnap, a real estate associate in the firm’s Salt Lake City office, has been elected to serve as President of the LGBT & Allied Lawyers of Utah (LALU) for a two-year term.
LALU is an association of the Utah State Bar and an affiliate of the National LGBT Bar Association. LALU’s mission is to use education and advocacy to promote and support the rights of LGBTQ+ people within the legal profession and throughout Utah.
In her practice, Allison guides clients through the acquisition and development of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial real estate properties. She focuses on property acquisition, land use and entitlements, resort and club development, condominium and mixed-use development, and homeowner and condominium association creation and governance with an emphasis in resort and luxury properties.
