Holland & Hart Announces the Expansion of Persuasion Strategies to Salt Lake City

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce the expansion of its litigation support service, Persuasion Strategies, to Salt Lake City. Holland & Hart is the only law firm in the country with a full-service team of nationally recognized trial consultants and graphics professionals of its size, whose services are offered to in-house counsel and law firms nationwide.

Dr. Karen Lisko oversees the trial consulting team of Ph.D. litigation consultants. She has more than 25 years of experience in hundreds of civil cases across the country, and offers businesses and firms with headquarters and major operations in Salt Lake City informed counsel in jury consultation and selection.

To commemorate the expansion, Persuasion Strategies devised a research-based infographic on anti-corporate bias in litigation, which includes Utah-specific data on judges and juries.
