Before joining Holland & Hart, Zach served as Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement at the Denver Regional Office.. Previously, he practiced as a litigation associate at Cooley LLP in Denver and Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C. Before that, Zach clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Judge Jane J. Boyle of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
